What we do
Common Ground Solutions is a Cairo-based consulting firm working across economic and social development in Egypt. We design programmes, strengthen the organisations that deliver them, manage delivery, and produce the evidence that shows what changed. Research, monitoring and evaluation is our largest practice.

A governorate closes, a sample proves unreachable, a deadline moves. We redesign around the change rather than delivering a plan that no longer fits, and agree it in writing before it reaches your timeline.
Evidence you can defend
Findings are reported with what supports them, including where that support is thin. Where a study cannot answer a question with the data available, we say so rather than imply an answer.
