CGS is supporting the XceleRise Program M&E system by co-developing a theory of change and results framework with output- and outcome-level indicators, building an actionable M&E plan, and training staff to run it.
We design tailored tools - questionnaires, plus FGD and KII guides - that support field data collection with incubated start-ups, analyze findings, and deliver learning-focused reports that steer adaptive management.
December 2023 - March 2024
A four-governorate scan pairing policy review with qualitative fieldwork to judge the viability of income-generating opportunities and pinpoint high-potential sectors for young entrepreneurs.
November 2024 - October 2027
Designing mixed-method data collection tools and delivering baseline, end-line and periodic surveys for PSI II's results-based monitoring framework, under EU and Egyptian data protection compliance.
December 2025 - December 2025
