Baseline Study - Safer Environment for Children, Phase II

Baseline study on child protection practices in three Cairo neighbourhoods, informing refinement of project interventions with a focus on gender, protection and inclusion.

March 2026 - August 2026

The study serves as the initial step toward understanding child protection aspects and practices in the territories of Mansheyet Nasser (a garbage-collector neighbourhood), Marg, and Ain Shams.

It also contributes to refining the project interventions and implementation methodology to better address the targeted communities and groups, in light of the project indicators and with a focus on gender, protection, and inclusion.
