Sanad for Alternative Parental Care commissioned Common Ground Solutions to strengthen its organization wide monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) system and embed results based management across its alternative care programmes in Egypt. Over six months, the assignment runs eight phases and two transversal streams, including a twelve domain MEAL maturity assessment, indicator tracing, eight training modules with coaching, and a pilot on two to three live programmes.
