CGS conducts a comprehensive assignment to support GIZ and the Ministry of Social Solidarity in improving state service delivery to care workers through evidence-based mapping, satisfaction assessments, and participatory consultations.
The work maps care workers, intermediaries, and available services across selected governorates, assesses care workers' satisfaction with state and semi-state services, and facilitates multi-stakeholder consultations to co-develop practical improvements in service delivery.
CGS also consolidates findings into a digital knowledge management system that integrates mapping, survey, and consultation insights, enabling informed policy planning, inclusive outreach strategies, and gender-responsive service delivery for care workers nationwide.
