CGS led two technical NGO workshops with the MOSHARAKAH project (EU-funded) that aims at the capacitation of civil society organizations.
Our technical experts provided a comprehensive Green Economy Workshop (implemented in Luxor) for 9 NGOs across different governorates. The workshop tackled sustainable agricultural practices, exploring gaps and opportunities in different crop value chains such as bananas and tomatoes, irrigation practices, and topics such as biogas unit management. CGS also provided detailed proposal evaluation for the 9 NGOs submitting proposals to PPI.
CGS implemented a second workshop on Entrepreneurship and Leadership for another 8 NGOs across different governorates (implemented in Aswan), and provided a detailed proposal evaluation for the entrepreneurial interventions.

Co-developing a theory of change and results framework for the XceleRise Program, building an actionable M&E plan and training staff to run it.

Strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems at output and project level, co-developing an M&E and grant management framework aligned with GIZ standards and building NGO capacity in results-based monitoring.
December 2023 - March 2024
A four-governorate scan pairing policy review with qualitative fieldwork to judge the viability of income-generating opportunities and pinpoint high-potential sectors for young entrepreneurs.
