Final evaluation against the OECD/DAC criteria of a migrant protection and health promotion project, examining gender equality, GBV prevention, protection mainstreaming and accountability to affected populations.

The evaluation was commissioned by IOM Egypt and funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID). The scope of the evaluation covers the entire duration of the project and all activities implemented across Cairo, Aswan, and Alexandria.

It assesses the project's performance against the OECD/DAC evaluation criteria - relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability - and also examines cross-cutting issues including gender equality and GBV prevention, protection mainstreaming, accountability to affected populations, and human rights.
