CGS established a sewing production unit that expands sustainable livelihoods for refugees and host-community members.

The assignment covered building the unit's operational and managerial systems; providing intensive technical-sewing training; drafting a comprehensive business model; brokering links with fabric and furnishings markets; launching the first production cycle and delivering an inaugural batch of market-ready products; and preparing a long-term operations-and-marketing strategy to secure scalability and durability beyond the consultancy period.
