Following organisational-capacity reviews in three governorates, CGS closed competency gaps in essential skills, governance, finance, HR, supply chain management, project development and MEAL through inclusive curricula, interactive workshops, personalised coaching, and policy review.

Gender, disability inclusion, and sustainability were integrated throughout, with ongoing M&E tracking training effectiveness and informing follow-up support.
