CGS supports InnoPA in strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems at both output and project levels by co-developing an M&E and grant management framework aligned with GIZ standards and InnoPA objectives.
The assignment builds NGO capacity in results-based monitoring and reporting through training, establishes transparent systems for proposal evaluation and review, and provides structured technical feedback to improve intervention design and measurement.
CGS also delivers ongoing implementation support, conducts mixed-methods evaluations of the grant cycle, and mainstreams gender sensitivity and social inclusion across all monitoring, review, and evaluation processes.

Designing mixed-method data collection tools and delivering baseline, end-line and periodic surveys for PSI II's results-based monitoring framework, under EU and Egyptian data protection compliance.

Applying the OECD/DAC criteria to measure beneficiary participation, outcome-level change and sustainability across partner capacity building, ECD services, basic needs, mental health and livelihoods recovery.
