CGS provides data collection and analysis support for the AIP project by further developing and implementing standardized data collection methodologies across multiple rounds among project beneficiaries in Beni Suef, Assiut, Minya, and Sohag.
The assignment supports results-based monitoring by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting quantitative output and outcome data in line with the project's overarching M&E results matrix.
CGS refines existing data collection tools, designs tailored data collection strategies for each partnership and outcome area, and delivers timely, high-quality datasets and reports to support evidence-based decision making and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems at output and project level, co-developing an M&E and grant management framework aligned with GIZ standards and building NGO capacity in results-based monitoring.

Designing mixed-method data collection tools and delivering baseline, end-line and periodic surveys for PSI II's results-based monitoring framework, under EU and Egyptian data protection compliance.
