CGS conducts an institutional assessment and capacity-strengthening consultancy for nine civil society organizations supported by the FEF OSC Programme, focusing on strengthening internal administrative procedures, systems, and processes.
The assignment assesses organizational performance across core institutional domains using the NGO Performance Index, identifies capacity gaps and compliance risks, and co-develops tailored improvement roadmaps with measurable indicators.
Through targeted mentoring and coaching, CGS supports the adoption of best practices in governance, financial management, human resources, safeguarding, data management, project and case management, and internal and external communication, contributing to improved accountability, operational efficiency, and long-term institutional resilience.

Applying the OECD/DAC criteria to measure beneficiary participation, outcome-level change and sustainability across partner capacity building, ECD services, basic needs, mental health and livelihoods recovery.
