CGS steers the entire monitoring-and-evaluation portfolio for EOSD, a nationwide programme that channels grants to almost 80 NGOs and CSOs. The team designs and delivers immersive training in proposal writing, results-based management, and evidence-centered M&E so that partners craft stronger projects and generate robust data.
In parallel, CGS advises the Civil Society Support Fund on its strategic plan, grant-management framework, and integrated M&E system - embedding clear indicators, reporting protocols, and feedback loops that underpin transparent, data-driven decisions.
A project-wide learning framework and agenda guide periodic learning activities and thematic evaluations that test the Fund's model across successive funding cycles, turning real-time insights into adaptive management for both GIZ and partner organizations.

Mapping how Ministry of Social Solidarity officials apply Kafala tools and delivering guidance now informing nationwide improvements in alternative care practice.

Strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems at output and project level, co-developing an M&E and grant management framework aligned with GIZ standards and building NGO capacity in results-based monitoring.
